Prices start from these figures. The level and the fee are confirmed in writing before work starts.
Business Pulse
We set the year’s budget with you, track the business against it, and meet every quarter or every month to decide what happens next. You or your bookkeeper keep doing the day-to-day work.
Quarterly
- Quarterly management accounts set against the budget, with written commentary
- A 12-month cash flow forecast, rolled forward every quarter
- A 90-minute review meeting every quarter, ending with agreed actions
- Your figures in Buzz OS: budget against actual, KPIs and every action
Monthly
Everything in quarterly, every month, plus:
- A 60-minute review meeting every month
- Priority support between meetings
Your finance team
Buzz does the day-to-day finance work in Xero, every week. The Financial Controller level includes all the Finance Manager work.
Finance Manager
- Xero and your apps set up and kept running
- Weekly bookkeeping, with each month closed within five working days
- Payroll and expenses every month
- VAT returns from records ready for an auditor, lender or investor
Financial Controller
All the Finance Manager work, plus:
- A monthly board pack you can send to your bank, investors or board
- Customers invoiced and chased, so cash arrives sooner
- Suppliers paid on time, with each payment run sent to you to approve
- A cash alert when the bank balance drops below a level you set
A part-time finance director
Peter works with you on four pieces of work through the year. The fee includes all the Finance Manager and Financial Controller work as well.
Annual one-page plan
The business model, the year’s objectives and your team’s priorities, agreed with you and written on one page.
Cash flow forecast
Profit and loss, balance sheet, cash and valuation for at least the next 12 months, ready for a lender or investor.
KPI dashboard
Your most important numbers in one place, including enquiries or orders that show what is coming.
Quarterly board meeting
The results reviewed, decisions taken and last quarter’s actions checked.

Prices
Each level is a fixed monthly fee. With Business Pulse you keep the day-to-day work and we plan and review the figures with you. The finance team does the day-to-day work, and the finance director service includes both.

Fees assume one trading company and bookkeeping that is up to date. More companies, bank accounts, stock or project reporting can change the fee, and bringing records up to date is quoted separately. You can move between levels at any time.
